The Masterplan has been adopted by West Lancashire Borough Council, with Tawd Valley Developments appointed as master-developer to drive it forward. 

We therefore have the statutory underpinning required to engage with third parties who can help us fulfil our ambition for Skelmersdale, be they developers, funders, government agencies or end-users.
